Q: Can I photograph family portraits at this studio?
A:  Unfortunalty NO. because of the location of this studio it is designed for intimate portraits, headshots, fine art portraits, and individual portraiture.  This studio is for the use of 18+

Q: Will someone be there during my shoot in case I have questions?
A: YES. Unlike many other photography studios, someone will be on site during your entire shoot to help trouble shoot if needed.

Q: Is there a bathroom on site we can use?
A: Yes. There restroom in the commons area of the building.

Q: What if I go over my time?
A: After your initially-booked time period is up, each additional 30 minutes in the space is $30

Q: Do I clean the studio after my shoot?
A: We will have the studio cleaned between uses, however we ask you to put any furniture or decor back in the original place and clean up if any visible mess was made.

We ask you to sweep the space after use and a mop can be provided in extreme circumstances, but it is generally not required.

Q: What if I need to cancel my appointment?
A: We require a 72 hours notice to obtain a refund of your payment.

If you cancel within 72 hours, no refund can be offered, however you can reschedule your appointment (within a 30 day window) and your deposit can be applied to a future appointment. 
Please take every opportunity to make sure your clients’ timeline is in sync with yours before making your appointment.
